Senior Pre Sales Engineer

Location: Remote (LATAM time zones)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for Account Managers, customers, pricing, and Network Operations.
  • Identify technical solutions and define detailed requirements for service implementation, understanding customers’ existing solutions, locations, and technical needs.
  • Collaborate across teams (Sales, Carrier Relations, Product, Engineering) to develop technical solutions aligned with EdgeUno’s strategic goals.
  • Drive technical qualification of business opportunities, identifying and resolving key customer technical objections.
  • Create and present technical proposals/solutions in a complete, well-illustrated, and compelling fashion.
  • Build key technical relationships with major customers to solidify reference accounts and assist with account growth plans.
  • Lead the internal and external Kickoff Meetings for all closed deals.
  • Lead the entire pricing process for all assigned opportunities and leads.
  • Present and demonstrate the technical capabilities of the EdgeUno portfolio.
  • Frame product issues for discussion and resolution with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and Bids with technical accuracy and clarity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related sales support/Pre-sales experience in the Telecom or Digital Infrastructure sector.
  • Deep technical understanding of general connectivity products (IP Transit, DIA, MPLS, EPL, Wave, Submarine capacity).
  • Proven ability to "see the big picture," architecting solutions to solve customer business challenges.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and professional communications skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a similar technical field.
  • Customer-focused, highly disciplined, and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to work in a rapid, fast-paced, and execution-driven environment.
