Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for Account Managers, customers, pricing, and Network Operations.
- Identify technical solutions and define detailed requirements for service implementation, understanding customers’ existing solutions, locations, and technical needs.
- Collaborate across teams (Sales, Carrier Relations, Product, Engineering) to develop technical solutions aligned with EdgeUno’s strategic goals.
- Drive technical qualification of business opportunities, identifying and resolving key customer technical objections.
- Create and present technical proposals/solutions in a complete, well-illustrated, and compelling fashion.
- Build key technical relationships with major customers to solidify reference accounts and assist with account growth plans.
- Lead the internal and external Kickoff Meetings for all closed deals.
- Lead the entire pricing process for all assigned opportunities and leads.
- Present and demonstrate the technical capabilities of the EdgeUno portfolio.
- Frame product issues for discussion and resolution with Product and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and Bids with technical accuracy and clarity.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related sales support/Pre-sales experience in the Telecom or Digital Infrastructure sector.
- Deep technical understanding of general connectivity products (IP Transit, DIA, MPLS, EPL, Wave, Submarine capacity).
- Proven ability to "see the big picture," architecting solutions to solve customer business challenges.
- Exceptional interpersonal and professional communications skills in English (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a similar technical field.
- Customer-focused, highly disciplined, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to work in a rapid, fast-paced, and execution-driven environment.
