Senior UA Manager (Meta, Web + App)

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a leading social discovery company with a global presence, offering social entertainment platforms to connect people worldwide. They are seeking a Senior UA Manager to lead advertising campaigns and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for dating products.
• Own campaign performance: analyze metrics, optimize budgets, improve ROI/CPA/CPI, and scale traffic.
• Develop and test new growth hypotheses: audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages, app/web flows, and creative angles.
• Work closely with the creative team: research competitors, generate creative hypotheses, prepare briefs, and evaluate creative performance.
• Build structured reporting and improve campaign management processes, including automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Meta/Facebook Ads, preferably in dating, gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or high-volume B2C products.
• Proven experience managing monthly budgets of at least $100k, ideally up to $400k–$500k.
• Strong experience with both app and web acquisition funnels, especially web.
• Strong analytical skills: working with data, reports, Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, internal analytics/CRM tools.
• Fluency in Russian; English reading/writing skills sufficient for working with tools and documentation.
