Responsibilities

  • Drive technical sales process by meeting with clients, conducting needs analysis, and communicating value proposition.
  • Support Account Managers with technical presentations, product knowledge, and client engagement.
  • Drive tender process by understanding requirements and leading technical responses.
  • Design solutions and proposals to meet client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support during implementation and post-installation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Generate referrals and reference customers by maintaining high client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or similar.
  • 5+ years of sales experience as a Solution Engineer/Pre-Sales Consultant or similar.
  • Experience with SaaS / Software as a Service is a plus.
  • Publishing expertise and experience with publishing systems and workflows are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in an international matrixed organization is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Extensive experience with selling, servicing, and implementing software systems.
  • Proven experience in complex solution-sales approach - 'consultative selling'.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and software demonstration skills.
  • Ability to create big-picture software solutions.
