Location: Remote (US)

Salary: USD $80,000–$100,000 annual base

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of initiatives from problem framing to post-launch review.
• Design and decide on technical approaches, including architecture, data models, and rollout plans.
• Ensure implementation quality through prompts, guardrails, tests, and reviews.
• Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and engineering peers.
• Own the outcome of initiatives and measure success through impact on key metrics.

Requirements

• Deep experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to make architectural and technical decisions at a lead/staff level.
• Outcome-driven with a focus on metrics and impact.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Decisive, well-documented decision-making and technical leadership.
