Responsibilities

  • Identify and target opportunities across existing and new prospects.
  • Partner with other business units to expand cross-sell opportunities; Lead account planning and opportunity planning sessions.
  • Maintain and grow file value, serve as the principal financial sales representative, and ensure high customer service levels for major accounts.
  • Drive demand creation for NCR Atleos solutions including Self Service, Branch Transformation, Consulting, and SaaS.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring customer requirements are met and driving volume and growth.
  • Schedule and conduct regular customer meetings to review performance, ongoing projects, and position new solutions.
  • Fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities and execute sales campaigns for growth.
  • Gather customer and industry information to respond to needs and identify future opportunities.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to influence customers and create value-added solutions.
  • Ensure accounts are properly serviced, manage account plans, and track growth/decline.
  • Design territory management plans to maximize revenue and profits, and meet quotas.
  • Describe how NCR Atleos products relate to customer industry positions, and assess competitors.
  • Deliver sales presentations at senior/executive levels, incorporating industry trends.
  • Target opportunities across prospects, utilize team members, and maintain executive-level interactions.
  • Close profitable solution deals involving hardware, software, and services.
  • Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 5-8 years of experience, proven solution sales success, and strong communication skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include knowledge of the financial industry, experience in selling software/applications, and familiarity with solutions like SaaS, ATMs, Kiosks, Networking, Data Warehousing, Call Centers, Internet Banking, CRM, Managed services, Branch solutions, Mobile Banking.
