Market Research Associate (French Speaking) Remote

This role involves project recruitment, panel building, and engagement for market research projects in Belgium, Switzerland, and other markets, focusing on respondent recruitment, panel management, and client communication.

Location: Remote (EU)

Responsibilities

• Ensure recruitment tasks for projects in Belgium, Switzerland, or other markets are fully executed
• Reach out to panelists via phone for respondent recruitment
• Schedule interviews
• Plan, organize, and implement panel recruitment solutions
• Provide updates to project management on work progress
• Flag projects of concern to senior management
• Achieve outsource targets for markets
• Meet monthly registration targets in Belgium and Switzerland
• Execute panel building initiatives across channels
• Confirm and update email addresses of new registrants
• Reactivate respondent accounts
• Handle inquiries and complaints, troubleshoot issues
• Resolve project-specific respondent issues
• Handle respondent inquiries according to policy
• Update communication procedures and support systems
• Build and maintain relationships with panel members
• Support members via telephone, email, and support tickets
• Collaborate with global Panel team to resolve system issues
• Investigate and act on fraud respondents
• Verify new members
• Test links for online research projects

Requirements

• Degree level or equivalent experience
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, German) preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, social media, and email tools
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills
• Ability to ask probing questions and respond effectively
